about Wilfried Seist

Wilfried Seist is a founding partner at DSC and is one of Austria’s leading specialists in real estate law. His main focus is on transactional advice, although he also represents clients in contentious disputes.

Wilfried Seist completed his doctoral studies in law at the University of Vienna in the fall of 1981. During his studies, he worked for two years as a student assistant and then as a contract assistant at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology at the University of Vienna. After his court internship, he completed a postgraduate LL.M. at Harvard Law School, USA.
