Simon Drobnik is a new attorney at DSC.

We congratulate Simon Drobnik on his promotion to attorney at DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich, effective April 10, 2025.
Simon Drobnik has been part of DSC since 2021 as an associate and specializes in corporate and capital markets law. He advises clients primarily in corporate and commercial disputes, M&A transactions, and capital markets law matters.
After completing his law degree at the University of Vienna, he worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Business and Commercial Law, where he earned his doctorate with a dissertation on international corporate law. He regularly publishes on Austrian corporate and commercial law and lectures at the University of Vienna.
His dissertation, titled „Krise und Insolvenz der Scheinauslandsgesellschaft“ (Crisis and Insolvency of Pseudo-Foreign Companies), was awarded the prestigious Banking Association Prize.
