Oliver Sturm and Dominik Zimm are speakers at the Vergabeforum (Procurement Forum) 2023, the annual forum for public procurement. In their presentation, the DSC partners will talk about the regulations on additional cost bearing and in particular address the allocation of risks arising during the performance of services.
The Procurement Forum will take place on October 12 and 13, 2023 at the Andaz Vienna at Belvedere.
For the 21st time, the top experts in Austrian and European public procurement law will discuss the latest developments in public procurement and the most relevant decisions of the public procurement authorities. The Procurement Forum is Austria's largest platform for public procurement.
