New publication: Verschiedenes zur Privatstiftung

The recently published GesRZ contains the specialist article “Verschiedenes zur Privatstiftung” by Peter Csoklich. In it, the DSC partner examines a recent Supreme Court decision on the limits of amending foundation declarations, the effects of challenging unlawful amendments and the interpretation of foundation declarations.
