DSC welcomes Petra Felzmann as new associate

DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich has a new associate in the team: Petra Felzmann joined the firm in February 2025. She specializes in corporate law and transactions, in particular in corporate and commercial dispute resolution and M&A transactions.

Petra Felzmann holds a diploma in law from the University of Vienna (awarded the Heinrich Klang Prize) and a bachelor's degree in economics and social sciences (economics) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She completed her doctoral studies in law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with distinction. Her dissertation deals with the internal liability of limited companies' shareholders in the event of adverse influence.

Before joining DSC, Petra Felzmann worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Corporate and Tax Law at the University of Innsbruck and at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She also gained valuable experience as a research assistant at the Evidence Office of the Supreme Court. She is a lecturer and author of numerous publications in civil and corporate law.
