Wilfried Seist and Peter Csoklich are again among Austria’s top legal professionals.
DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich is pleased to welcome Nina Mitterdorfer and Fabian Liebel to its partnership. With these appointments, the firm continues its strategic growth and further strengthens its Real Estate and Banking & Finance practices.
Nina Mitterdorfer has been part of DSC’s real estate team since 2010 and has worked as an attorney since 2013. Her practice focuses on advising on real estate transactions across all asset classes – in particular, residential and office properties as well as the development of commercial and special-use properties such as retail parks and logistics centres. She also advises on commercial tenancy law and development projects governed by the Austrian Developer Contract Act (BTVG). She earned her doctoral degree from the University of Vienna, where she also spent several years as a university assistant.
Fabian Liebel joined DSC in 2019 and has been admitted to the bar since 2022. His main areas of expertise include banking and financial regulatory law, general terms and conditions, consumer protection, and litigation. He has particular experience in implementing EU regulatory requirements, launching new banking products, and defending against both individual and class actions. In addition to his legal practice, he is a lecturer at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), a regular speaker at professional events, and the author of numerous publications. He completed his doctoral studies at WU, where he also worked as a university assistant for several years. His dissertation on banking secrecy received multiple awards, including the prestigious Austrian Bankers’ Association Prize.
