DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich is pleased to announce the admission of Benedikt Kain to the Austrian Bar. He now joins the firm as an attorney-at-law, with a practice focusing on corporate law, M&A transactions, and gaming law.
Benedikt Kain has been part of the DSC team since 2025. He studied Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna). Prior to joining DSC, he gained valuable experience at a leading Vienna-based law firm. During this time, he completed a secondment with the legal department of a listed company, where he further strengthened his expertise in corporate law.

The event will take place on 15–16 October 2026 at the Loipersdorf Congress Centre.
His practice focuses in particular on banking law, consumer law, general terms and conditions law, and litigation.
