about Marko MacKinnon

Marko MacKinnon is an attorney at DSC. He advises domestic and foreign companies on all issues of individual and collective labor law, in particular on works council law and on issues of restructuring and transfers of undertakings.

Furthermore, he supports executives in administrative criminal law and regularly represents employers before courts and administrative authorities (including the Disability Committee and the Equal Treatment Commission) in all labor law proceedings (such as tenure protection and arbitration proceedings).

Marko MacKinnon studied law in Vienna and Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium. He also completed a master’s program (LL.M.) at Duke University, USA. He gives in-house lectures and is a lecturer at Sigmund Freud University Vienna.
