about David Tritremmel

David Tritremmel is an associate at DSC. His focus lies on corporate and company law as well as dispute resolution, in particular in the area of banking and gambling law. Given his academic background, he regularly contributes to the preparation of expert opinions on civil and banking law issues.

David Tritremmel’s legal strengths and preferences are combined in well-founded legal practice. Grasping complex issues and conveying them in a comprehensible manner are skills he has acquired in the course of his academic and teaching activities.

David Tritremmel received his doctorate degree from the University of Vienna and was awarded two scholarships for his dissertation project. He gained valuable experience abroad (UCLA, University of Sheffield) during both his doctoral and graduate studies in law.
