David Tritremmel is an associate at DSC. His focus is on general terms and conditions law and class action proceedings as well as banking law and related litigation. Given his academic background, he regularly contributes to the preparation of expert opinions on civil and banking law issues.
David Tritremmel’s legal strengths and preferences are combined in well-founded legal practice. Grasping complex issues and conveying them in a comprehensible manner are skills he has acquired in the course of his academic and teaching activities.
David Tritremmel received his doctorate degree from the University of Vienna and was awarded two scholarships for his dissertation project. He gained valuable experience abroad (UCLA, University of Sheffield) during both his doctoral and graduate studies in law.
