To the point: The flexible Capital Company

As part of our “To The Point” event series, we regularly get to the heart of current legal topics.

Since January 1, 2024, companies have had another corporate form at their disposal with the Flexible Capital Company ("FlexKapG" or "FlexCo"). The new legal form has often been touted as a booster for start-ups in the political debate during the legislative process. However, the FlexKapG is by no means only open to a few "innovative" and early-stage companies, but can be set up for any purpose.

Yesterday, DSC partner Christoph Diregger shed light on the new legal form from all angles and summarized the most important aspects. An exciting presentation was followed by an inspiring discussion. A big thanks to everyone that joined us for this evening!
