In the current issue of the legal journal Zeitschrift für Europarecht, Internationales Privatrecht & Rechtsvergleichung (Journal for European, Private International & Comparative Law, ZfRV, Manz Verlag), Simon Drobnik analyses a recent decision of the Austrian Supreme Court in connection with Brexit (9 Ob 74/21d). The Court ruled that UK limiteds resident in Austria lost their legal capacity due to the Brexit. In his article, the DSC associate also examines possible lifelines for the remaining limiteds.
