In the current issue of the legal journal Zeitschrift für Europarecht, Internationales Privatrecht & Rechtsvergleichung (Journal for European, Private International & Comparative Law, ZfRV, Manz Verlag), Simon Drobnik analyses a recent decision of the Austrian Supreme Court in connection with Brexit (9 Ob 74/21d).
