DSC further strengthens its data protection expertise
DSC welcomes Maximilian Harnoncourt

Maximilian Harnoncourt started to work as an independent attorney in cooperation with DSC in June 2023. His areas of expertise include foundation law, asset succession, and real estate law as well as insolvency law. After receiving his master’s degree in law from the University of Vienna, he acquired a PhD in business law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During this time, he also served as a research assistant at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
In addition to his work as attorney, Maximilian is a lecturer at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He has authored numerous publications in his fields of expertise.
