Associate (m/f/x) with focus on banking law

As an assoicate, you can expect a wide range of tasks and responsibilities focused on civil law, consumer law, general terms and conditions, and banking contracts, including general advice in the day-to-day operations of leading national and international credit and financial institutions, as well as handling disputes in courts and authorities. You will receive comprehensive legal training and work on legally complex and economically interesting issues.

What you bring to the table:

• PhD in law
• Additional training and ability to work with a scientific approach (experience as a university assistant, publications, experience as lecturer)
• Excellent German and very good English language skills, both written and oral
• Willingness and ability to work digitally
• You solve complex tasks with commitment, think outside the box, and work independently
• You enjoy working in a team, are communicative and confident.

In the first year of training with us, we offer a market-oriented all-inclusive salary starting at a minimum of EUR 3,000 per month, and in the second year, a minimum of EUR 3,500 per month (including bar association contributions). Depending on further professional experience or additional qualifications (e.g., recognized prior work experience as a legal trainee, doctoral degree, foreign LL.M., university assistant position), the salary can be significantly higher.
