Eva Erlacher is an attorney at DSC. She has many years of expertise in public law and regularly represents clients before public authorities, administrative courts, as well as before the Supreme Administrative Court and the Austrian Constitutional Court. Her practice primarily focuses on administrative proceedings and the protection of fundamental rights, as well as commercial, plant and construction law. Eva Erlacher also advises clients in the areas of foreign nationals law, weapons law and hunting law.
In addition to public law, Eva Erlacher’s expertise also encompasses employment law, as well as gaming and sports betting law, and she represents clients before civil courts.
Before joining the DSC team, Eva Erlacher worked in a law firm specialized in public law in Vienna and as a university assistant at the Institute for Public Law at the University of Vienna.
She continues to be a lecturer at the University of Vienna as well as the University of Applied Sciences Vienna for Management & Communication and author of relevant literature in public law and completed the Master of Laws in Contract Law and Contract Drafting at the Danube University Krems in 2021.
